It's simple upload a photo to have a shot at having the best dressed costume or best decorations for the Halloween season. Once a photo is uploaded, get your friends and family to vote.
We will run this contest through Friday, November 6th.
We will chose the best photo, taking vote totals into consideration, and announce it on nrtoday.com on November 7, 2009.
